Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Application Analyst to support a leading enterprise client. This role will focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Infrastructure Cloud, ERP, and HCM systems, with a strong emphasis on technical integrations and security. Day to day: - Ensure integrations across ERP and HCM systems are functioning effectively. - Provide first-level support for integration errors and issues. - Liaise with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to support redevelopment of system integrations. - Participate in security integrations, including onboarding workflows and access management. - Support vendor master data cleanup, including loading and validating large datasets (10,000+ records). - Conduct testing and validation of integrations and data conversions. Skills and Requirements - 5–7 years of technical IT experience, including at least 5 years with Oracle technologies. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Minimum one full-cycle Oracle implementation. - Strong understanding of ERP systems; exposure to financial users is preferred. - Experience with data conversion, integration testing, and technical support. - Familiarity with multiple Oracle modules is a plus. - Experience with infrastructure cloud environments. - Ability to work independently and manage hands-on troubleshooting. - Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
