Job Description Insight Global is seeking a oracle systems administrator to join the team of one of their top clients in the insurance space. This role supports the implementation, optimization, and ongoing functionality of financial systems, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud. As the organization builds its ERP environment from the ground up, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the foundation of its financial systems architecture. The Oracle Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing system permissions, ensuring data integrity across APIs, and acting as the primary liaison with the third-party integrator. This individual will play a critical role in validating the integrator’s work, maintaining checks and balances, and contributing to the build phase by providing hands-on expertise. While Oracle will be the core system, the role may expand to include other financial platforms as they are identified. The position requires daily interaction with developers and a strong understanding of AWS infrastructure, as Oracle runs in that environment. Expect to be deeply involved in the implementation for 12–18 months. Someone who has hands on experience with massive oracle implementations in an enterprise level environment will be ideal for this role. Skills and Requirements 5+ years as an Oracle Systems Administrator 5+ years with hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud (not on-prem) 5+ years working with AWS infrastructure and an expert understanding Oracle operates within it Familiarity with API management and data strategy Experience with EPM from an administrative standpoint Experienced communicator with Vendor and third-party integrators Prior experience acting as a subject matter expert during ERP implementations Exposure to other financial systems beyond Oracle Ability to define and evolve system administration processes in a new environment
