Work You’ll Do

As a US Delivery Center Manager on the team, you will:

Design, develop, and implement advanced integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite and SOA Web Services, leveraging SOA principles and frameworks.Architect and deliver secure SOA solutions by establishing authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.Configure, deploy, and manage SOA Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) components in complex, large-scale enterprise settings to support robust system integration.Oversee and manage the delivery of multi-platform software systems, including hands-on involvement in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.Lead and manage technical teams of 5+ direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight in SOA project environments.Manage client relationships and project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring successful implementation of complex technical solutions.

Qualifications

Required:

Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) <<if approved by your Offering>> or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project locationTravel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposesRelocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite & SOA Web Services to include: Designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SOA principles and frameworks, Implementing authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices in SOA solutionsDelivering SOA solutions across various delivery models, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environmentsConfiguring, deploying, and managing SOA Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) components in complex enterprise environmentsManaging the delivery of multi-platform software systems, including coding, testing, implementing, and documenting software solutions5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams of 5+ direct reports in SOA environments5+ years of experience managing client relationships and delivering complex technical solutions5+ years of project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
