Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all. **Opportunity** The Oracle Services practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in prima practices, methods, and resources in the Oracle’s applications and technology space. This group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Your focus will be on helping clients to achieve following key benefits: + An optimal applications portfolio and governance structure that aligns with IT strategy and business architecture + Improvement in application performance driving higher customer (internal and external) satisfaction + Cost reduction and better investment decisions for applications infrastructure and services + Drive though leadership and be a trusted advisor for CXOs **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage relationships with key stakeholders and client executives + Lead and manage global delivery teams responsible for activities related to technical workstream during project planning, requirements definition, development, testing, cutover, training and rollout of application implementations + Manage and guide team of technology professionals advising clients on best practices and approaches to integrate Oracle Cloud applications with application eco-system, migrate data and to establish data privacy and data security and lead customer through Oracle’s Cloud Services Ecosystem + Assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. + Gain understanding of vendor product roadmap, features and functionalities and perform knowledge sharing sessions for advancement of teams. + Partner with other practices and service lines to imagine, architect, design and deliver innovative solutions + Be responsible for the overall architecture, design and technical oversight of complex business initiatives (centered around Oracle Cloud) in customer advisory engagements + Participate in customer engagement planning and sales efforts. Review and influence existing customer strategic goals. Collect, prioritize and document customer requirements with the customer + Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team. Delegate work successfully. Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training. **Skills and attributes for success** + Teaming with client technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions + Demonstrate quality project execution and delivery by successfully monitoring project/program team economics, performance against the job arrangement and budget, and proactively adjust scope, timing, and resources as appropriate and if necessary + Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team. Lead by example + Generate new business opportunities by thoroughly understanding EY and its service lines and actively assessing and presenting ways to apply knowledge and services + Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally + Manage and supervise a team of technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing + Interact and communicate effectively with human resources and technology senior and middle management executives **To qualify, candidates must have:** + Bachelor's degree and approximately 15 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 12 years of related work experience + 12-15 years of experience working with ERP application implementations system as a Technical Lead, Application Development Lead or Enterprise Application Integration lead, with at least 6 years spent in a managerial and IT/business integration role + Multiple full cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience preferably for large organizations with global presence. + Proven track record in leading the development team responsible for integration, data migration and reports development activities for Oracle Cloud applications + Knowledge about integrations tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or any leading integration platform + Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM + Proficient in leveraging Agile Approach and toolset used to drive hybrid-agile methodologies + Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills + Prior consulting experience which includes building trusted relationships with C-Level executive management + The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel as needed to meet client demand **What we look for** We are seeking top performers who demonstrate a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
