Citi Fund Technology group is seeking to hire an Oracle Reports Senior Developer & Windows Technician for the Global Funds Services department. We are looking for a high calibre professional who is ready to take on challenges of working in a fast-paced, world class environment and ready to own the quality of software. **Responsibilities:** + Develop reports and applications for funds business according to business requirement, adhere to industry standards for best practices. + Complete unit testing and SIT testing, document functional, technical design solution and test result, resolve/escalate problem and risk in technical design to deliver projects on time, on budget with quality. + Coordinate and support execution of testing and production implementation with different user groups. + Provide production support for the inventory of developed reports and applications and resolve production issues. + Manage Windows application servers running Oracle Fusions Middleware Weblogic in good performance and soundness, including to handle end of vendor support and vulnerability management. **Key Relationships:** + Partner with technology teams and the wider Citi technology groups to drive quality across the software development life cycle. + Partner with Global Production Support team to provide quality and timely support to global users. **Required Skills:** + Languages/tools: Oracle Fusions weblogic ,Oracle Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, PowerShell scripting, Autosys, Jira + API is an advantage + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong analytical and problem solving skills + Excellent interpersonal skill **Competencies:** + Ability to manage Oracle Fusion Middlware components like Weblogic, Forms and Report installation and seasonal Patches. + Ability to quickly grasp and master new requirements and related knowledge + Ability to work independently, multitask, take ownership and drive closure of projects + Ability to develop good working relationships with peer in a team + Able to work under pressure during tight deadlines + Willing to ask questions, challenge the status quo and seek out answers **Qualifications:** + 8+ years of relevant experience + Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications + Experience in managing and implementing successful projects + Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods + Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements **Experience:** + Hands on experiences in Oracle Fusion Middleware administration activities such as problem solving, installation and upgrades. + Experience in development of reports and applications + Knowledge of full software development and testing lifecycle + Knowledge in Fund Accounting is an advantage + Exposure to defect analysis and management + Knowledge of industry standard tools, e.g., Word, Excel, etc. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
