**Introduction** N/A **Your role and responsibilities** Key Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and administer Oracle Database 19c and 21c in complex enterprise environments. * Plan and execute full lifecycle database migrations and upgrades. * Implement and manage high availability and disaster recovery using Oracle Data Guard. * Perform backups and restorations using Oracle RMAN. * Set up and maintain Oracle Golden Gate for real-time data replication and heterogeneous replication scenarios. * Monitor and maintain database environments using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM / Cloud Control). * Analyze and optimize performance using AWR, ASH, SQL tuning, and trace files. * Integrate Oracle environments with Microsoft Azure, including hybrid architectures. * Apply encryption strategies and enforce database security standards. * Develop and maintain AIX shell scripts for automation and system management. * Respond to incidents, problems, and changes using the ServiceNow (SNOW) ITSM platform. * Support business-critical systems outside normal business hours and participate in on-call rotations. * Troubleshoot critical database issues rapidly and perform root cause analysis. * Apply Oracle patches and updates using My Oracle Support (Metalink) resources. * Collaborate closely with application developers, infrastructure teams, and other DBAs to ensure system reliability and scalability. e. **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Skills and Qualifications: * 5 years of experience as a hands-on Oracle DBA. * In-depth knowledge of Oracle 19c and 21c. * Proven expertise in Oracle Golden Gate for real-time data replication. * Strong skills in OEM, RMAN, and Oracle Data Guard. * Experience with Oracle database encryption and security. * Proficient in AIX shell scripting or similar Unix/Linux scripting languages. * Experience integrating Oracle with Azure Cloud Services. * Strong knowledge of performance tuning and Oracle diagnostics (AWR, ASH, traces, etc.). * Hands-on experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) for change, incident, and problem management. * Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams. * Availability for on-call support and non-business hours work when required. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
