We promote an inclusive culture, valuing different perspectives and providing career growth opportunities. **Requirements:** + Extensive experience in Oracle PL/SQL, including cursors, triggers, and performance tuning. + Knowledge of the healthcare sector (preferred). + Experience working in Agile/Sprints models. + Knowledge of Postgres databases (preferred). **Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain complex database solutions using Oracle-SQL-RDBMS and PL/SQL to support business operations. + Optimize database performance by analyzing and tuning SQL queries and database structures. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements. + Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and adhering to company policies. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues to ensure minimal downtime. + Create and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and procedures. + Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality deliverables. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve database solutions. + Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Conduct regular database audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. + Assist in the development of data models and architecture to support new projects and initiatives. + Contribute to the development of data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems. + Support the implementation of data governance and compliance measures to protect sensitive information. **Qualifications:** + Strong expertise in Oracle-SQL-RDBMS and PL/SQL, with proven experience in the Payer domain. + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model. + Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. + Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality database solutions. + Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies. + Solid understanding of data security and privacy principles.
