Work You'll Do As a Manager, you will lead and deliver Operate (AMS) engagements by transitioning, stabilizing, and maintaining a steady state of operations for large and medium-sized companies. Illustrative activities include: + Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues. + Determine and anticipate client needs by supplementing the standard services with innovative approaches and continuous risk management + Work closely with Account leadership + Define recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. + Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables by effectively managing the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. + Participate in the development, pricing, and presentation of proposals. + Manage, mentor, and develop team members. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 - $241,000.
