Work You'll Do As a Manager, you will lead and deliver Operate (AMS) engagements by transitioning, stabilizing, and maintaining a steady state of operations for large and medium-sized companies. Illustrative activities include: + Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues. + Determine and anticipate client needs by supplementing the standard services with innovative approaches and continuous risk management + Work closely with Account leadership + Define recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. + Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables by effectively managing the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. + Participate in the development, pricing, and presentation of proposals. + Manage, mentor, and develop team members. Qualifications Required + 15-18 years of Consulting experience + Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business Management + Must possess PMP, CSM, or Scaled Agile Certification + Delivery Management experience in Managed Services + Ability to travel up to 20% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred + Oracle certification is preferred + Strong leadership skills, including ability to prioritize critical needs, act decisively, and handle a high volume of complex tasks within a given timeframe + Strong communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex details into succinct, executive level messaging + Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, environments, and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in dynamic situations + Ability to manage time efficiently by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and balancing multiple responsibilities to ensure high-quality deliverables Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/careers/articles/join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.html The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 - $241,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
