Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle LPSS Developer with strong expertise in LPSS systems, preferably within the Utilities industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incidents, defects, enhancements, and changes, while ensuring seamless system performance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle LPSS applications.
- Handle incident and defect management, ensuring timely resolution.
- Implement and manage system changes and enhancements in alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and resolve system issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Provide support during Canadian business hours on a rotational basis.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle LPSS systems.
- Strong understanding of LPSS in the Utilities industry.
- Proven experience in incident/defect management.
- Expertise in managing system changes and enhancements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to work in Canadian time zones on rotation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to other Oracle Utilities applications is an advantage.
- Experience working in a global delivery model.
