Responsibilities
Monitor and triage incoming incident and requestsMonitor and triage incoming Security request changesProvide frontline application support and troubleshooting expertise for JD Edwards and associated third-party bolt-on applicationsProvide general business /JDE functional supportImplementation of JDE requirements following client change control processes as directed by (Senior Consultants, Account Lead, Service Delivery Manager, ETC)Provide end user support on JDE processesAssist with development of end user documentation where requiredSupport the configuration, testing, and deployment of 3rd party applications related to the ERP systemAssist with Development and support customized forms for specific needs of Client.
Must have Skills and Qualifications
Qualification in Finance, Computer Science or a related field (Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)10+ years of experience working with JDE applications as a functional consultant or Business / systems analyst specializing on JDE Finance, Sales and Distribution modules5+ years of experience working on a high-volume helpdesk teamRecent, relevant, hands-on experience supporting JDE usersRelevant experience in the following JD Edwards Financial modules/functional areas – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed assets and Sales and Distributions modulePost implementation supportAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
