Job Description Insight Global is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in system configuration, reporting, and optimization—particularly within the Redwood UI framework. This role will focus on assessing and refining existing configurations, troubleshooting and enhancing reports, and working with Fast Formulas to ensure accurate system behavior. The consultant will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and the implementation team to align HCM design, workflows, and functionality with Suburban’s business objectives and Oracle best practices. A key component of the role will be implementing Redwood features, performing thorough testing, resolving issues, and ensuring the platform delivers a streamlined and intuitive user experience. Skills and Requirements - Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with at least one full‑cycle implementation. - Strong hands‑on experience configuring Core HR and other HCM modules (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, OTL, or Compensation). - Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UI features, including configuring Journeys, Pages, and Redwood‑specific components. - In‑depth understanding of HR business processes, compliance needs, and reporting requirements. - Strong experience in system configuration and reporting, with the ability to assess whether existing configurations have been implemented correctly. Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM, enabling the consultant to identify issues, collaborate with the team to resolve them, and ensure proper system behavior. - Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (especially Core HR and Redwood Journeys) - Experience with Redwood UX rollout and configuration - Full life‑cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience across multiple modules Experience with HR and payroll implementations
