This dynamic group of consultants excels in both business and technology consulting, supporting clients through all phases of the IT project lifecycle. From the proposal and sales stages to complex greenfield implementation projects, and ongoing application maintenance and support, the team provides comprehensive solutions for both international and domestic clients. · Collaborate with international teams across the Design, Build, Test, Run, and Support phases of customer projects, spanning various industries and leading business domains · Assist clients and projects in implementing Oracle SaaS applications and business processes while developing and applying analytical, technical, and consulting skills · Communicate with business owners and end users to define business requirements · Analyse, evaluate, and develop solutions to ensure delivery meets agreed standards and quality · Support testing processes and contribute to resolving defects. · Learn and apply methodologies and processes related to the latest IT trends. **Required technical and professional expertise** · Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, with expertise in data analysis and HCM Data loader · · Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and develop new skills · Strong problem-solving skills · Good communication and interpersonal skills used in effective collaboration · Ability to work creatively and apply analytical thinking · Willingness to travel for business trips to support clients onsite when required. · Positive attitude and strong team spirit · Issue analysis, requirement specification, and documentation (nice to have) · Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (design, build, test, delivery, support all within agile) (nice to have) · Fluent in English (both written and verbal form), with other languages, particularly German or Polish being an advantage IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
