Oracle HCM Consultant- Core HR Module
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in the Core HR module to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Core HR solutions to manage time entry, approvals, and integration with payroll and other HCM modules. Implementation & Configuration: Configure Core HR rules, time entry profiles, time card layouts, and approval workflows. Set up time calculation rules, time categories, and time entry methods. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations. Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and end-to-end testing to validate configurations and ensure system accuracy before go-live. Skills and Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Core HR Minimum of 2 hands on end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Module Experience working with Enterprise clients Hands-on experience in configuring time entry profiles, rules, and approval workflows. Familiarity with Oracle HCM tools such as HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field. Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Core HR) preferred. Experience working with clients based in the United States
