Oracle HCM Analyst - INTL India
Job Description The Oracle HCM Analytics & Fusion Data Intelligence Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing workforce analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Fusion Data Intelligence. This role enables HR leaders to make data-driven decisions by leveraging Fusion HCM datasets, advanced analytics, and integrated reporting across HR, Finance, and Payroll domains. Key Responsibilities • Fusion Data Intelligence o Extract, transform, and model Fusion HCM data for analytics and reporting. o Build semantic models using Fusion subject areas (Workforce, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Payroll). o Integrate Fusion Data with external systems for cross-functional insights. • Oracle HCM Analytics o Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and OTBI. o Provide insights into workforce diversity, attrition, retention, compensation, and talent acquisition. o Partner with HR teams to define metrics and reporting requirements. • Data Governance & Optimization o Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security across Fusion Data pipelines. o Optimize performance of analytics environments and maintain best practices. • Stakeholder Engagement • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. • Train and support business users in leveraging Fusion Data Intelligence and HCM Analytics tools. This role is a Full-Time role with Insight Global supporting Insight Global's client in India offering 10-25 LPA. Heavily Dependent on years of experience and amount of implementations. This role requires a minimum of 3 hours of US EST overlap and availability to 3 PM EST. This can sit remotely anywhere in India. Skills and Requirements • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud data structures and subject areas. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI, and BI Publisher. • Expertise in Fusion Data Intelligence pipelines and data modeling. • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization best practices. • Ability to translate HR data into meaningful business intelligence. • Experience in Fusion HCM Cloud implementations. • Knowledge of cross-functional Fusion Data integration (HR + Finance + Payroll). • Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud or Analytics. •Familiarity with data governance and security frameworks.
