Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly qualified Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM Implementation Lead to support a new implementation project based out of Vancouver. This role is critical to the success of a full-cycle migration from a legacy system to Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM. We’re looking for a confident leader with strong client presence and deep expertise in Contracting, Self-Service Procurement, and Inventory Management. Key Responsibilities:  - Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, with a focus on Contracting, Self-Service Procurement, and Inventory Management.  - Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and align solutions with business needs.  - Configure SCM modules, validate functionality, and develop proof of concepts (POCs).  - Create high-quality documentation, user stories, and training materials.  - Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and issue resolution.  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Change Management.  - Provide leadership in solution design, data migration, and cutover planning.  - Drive knowledge transfer and post-go-live support. Skills and Requirements - 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, including at least 3 full-cycle projects.  - Strong hands-on experience with Contracting, Self-Service Procurement, and Inventory Management modules.  - Proven ability to lead workshops, manage client relationships, and deliver scalable solutions.  - Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud configuration, workflows, and integration points.  - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.  - Ability to work independently with urgency and ownership.  - Oracle Cloud SCM Certifications are a plus. - Oracle Fusion Implementations for Public Sector clients.
