About the Role:

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Document Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing HR documents in Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. You’ll work closely with HR teams to design document templates, run audits, and provide user support. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and SQL will help maintain efficient processes while ensuring legal and company-wide compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR teams to understand document requirementsUse Oracle Fusion HCM and SQL to create and customize document templatesEnsure data integrity and compliance with legal requirements and company policiesConduct regular audits and quality checksStay updated on system enhancements and recommend process improvementsProvide end-user support and training on document creation

Your Profile: 

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related fieldHands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on document creation and customizationStrong understanding of HR processes and HRIS document managementProficiency in SQLExperience with Oracle BI Publisher is a plusFluent English
