Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Architect with deep expertise in HCM modules to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions. This role will be pivotal in aligning technical architecture with business goals, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing ERP systems. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Define integration strategies with third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware tools. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Proficient in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with PaaS extensions and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
