Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems, the Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst Programmer is responsible for providing business support, analyzing requirements, and developing the solution and guidance within the Oracle Fusion platform.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements. This role bridges the gap between business operations and IT, ensuring that Oracle Fusion solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both functional analysis and programming, with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion modules and related technologies.
This position reports to the Business Systems Manger located in Bellevue, Washington and will be hybrid.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Analyze business processes and requirements to design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Develop and customize Oracle Fusion modules using appropriate tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle ADF).
Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion applications.
Prepare detailed documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and end-users to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Experience with Oracle Fusion applications, including configuration, customization, and support.
Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and at least one programming language relevant to Oracle Fusion (e.g., Java, Oracle ADF).
Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical team members and business users.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
