**Job Description**
This is a critical role within the enterprise business applications team at Mount Sinai. This role will work closely with internal team members and core business users to understand requirements and design, develop, and provide hands-on support for Oracle Reports & AI agents **leveraging Delta Lake for high-performance data retrieval** . This role must also have familiarity with Oracle Cloud OIC architecture **and Lakehouse patterns** and includes end to end understanding of all components that are necessary to support Oracle Cloud including critical upstream and downstream systems and interfaces, reports, data and analytics solutions, and several types of application and database servers.
**The ideal candidate will have** hands-on **experience with Oracle AI Data Platform and Fusion Data Intelligence/Fusion Analytics Warehouse tools.**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
As a **Senior** **Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) expert** , you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) solutions. Your expertise in Oracle FDI architecture, data modeling, and analytics will be essential in providing strategic insights, designing scalable solutions, and driving data-driven decision-making for our clients.
This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including its integration with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful execution of end-to-end data intelligence and analytics solutions.
Your role will also include training super users, knowledge transfer, and providing technical leadership on best practices for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
**Qualifications**
**Education Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; master’s degree preferred.
+ Technical expertise in reporting OTBI, BI Publisher, **Oracle AI Data Platform (including Generative AI Agents)** , **Delta Lake** , and Fusion Data Intelligence and OIC, VBCS at an expert level.
**Experience Requirements**
+ 8 years minimum experience (higher preferred), 12 years of related experience, including a demonstrated ability in the technology area. In-depth knowledge of associated technology areas that could impact area of responsibility, healthcare technology experience preferred.
+ Strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) using FTP, SOAP, REST, FBDI, BIP Reports, SaaS, PaaS including experience with working on-premises integration and 3rd party applications to oracle cloud.
+ **Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence/Fusion Analytics Warehouse required.**
+ **Experience AI Data Platform highly preferred.**
+ Experience building at least one VBCS custom application development.
+ Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Fusion HCM, ERP, and SCM data models.

**Compensation Statement**
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $108,664.98 - $202,155.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. **Responsibilities**
**You will:**
+ Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to align with business needs.
+ Work closely with clients to understand business objectives, data sources, and reporting requirements, ensuring optimal analytics solutions.
+ Design and develop FDI-driven reports, dashboards, and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making capabilities.
+ Provide technical expertise on Oracle FDI architecture, **integrating Delta Lake to manage schema evolution** within semantic models, data pipelines, and performance optimization.
+ Oversee data integration and transformation processes, **utilizing Delta Lake’s ACID transactions** to ensure seamless ETL/ELT from Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and third-party applications.
+ Collaborate with business users to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop self-service analytics using FDI tools.
+ Optimize data warehouse performance, ensuring efficient query execution and real-time data accessibility.
+ Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to enhance FDI reporting efficiency.
+ Stay updated on Oracle FDI product enhancements, industry trends, and best practices, incorporating them into ongoing projects.
+ Develop training materials and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams to promote FDI adoption.
+ Facilitate unit testing, UAT execution, and validation with business users, ensuring accuracy and compliance in reporting.
+ Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring **data accuracy, security, and compliance** with relevant regulations.
**Qualifications**
**You will have:**
+ Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) with a strong focus on data modelling and analytics.
+ Extensive knowledge of Oracle Analytics offerings, including Fusion Data Intelligence, OAC, OBIEE, machine learning, and ADW.
+ Strong expertise in **Data Lakehouse** concepts, including **Delta Lake architecture** , ETL/ELT pipelines, and semantic modelling within Oracle FDI.
+ Proven ability to build advanced analytics, KPIs, and data visualizations within FDI to drive business insights.
+ Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM data structures, with the ability to integrate multiple Oracle Cloud modules.
+ Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, data transformations, and BI Publisher, as well as Oracle’s built-in analytics tools.
+ Strong understanding of business intelligence principles, including trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
+ Ability to independently lead FDI projects, engage with clients, conduct requirement-gathering sessions, and provide data-driven solutions.
+ Experience in performance tuning and data security policies within Oracle FDI and related cloud applications.
+ Ability to upskill in digital analytics, machine learning, and emerging Oracle cloud technologies.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in training business users and super users.
