**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Oracle EPM FCCS and Planning Administrator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Planning applications. This role involves ensuring the integrity, performance, and reliability of the EPM systems, as well as providing technical and functional support to end-users. Technical and functional support includes troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to meet business needs.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Administer and maintain Oracle EPM FCCS and Planning applications, including user access management, metadata updates, and system configurations.
+ Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
+ Stay current with Oracle EPM updates, patches, and new features, and assess their impact on existing processes.
+ Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to the EPM systems.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and procedures.
+ Provide training and support to end-users, including developing user guides and conducting workshops.
+ Manage security and user access controls within the EPM systems.
+ Coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution and system improvements.
+ Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
+ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
+ Develop and maintain data integration processes between Oracle EPM and other financial systems.
+ Create and manage financial reports, dashboards, and data forms to support business needs.
+ Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and security policies.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administering Oracle EPM FCCS and Planning applications.
+ Strong understanding of Oracle EPM suite, including FCCS and Planning modules.
+ Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud, including FCCS, EPBCS, and Data Management.
+ Proficiency in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
+ **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus.
+ Experience with data integration tools such as FDMEE, ODI, or similar.
+ Oracle EPM certification is preferred.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
