Role details:

 

Title / Designation: Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant (Bilingual) Location: Qatar (Onsite) Work Mode: Work from office

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to customize, develop, and maintain reports, forms, and backend scripts. Support Oracle system upgrades, patches, and integration activities with coordination and approval from relevant departments. Ensure data accuracy, module security, and compliance with internal IT and data protection policies. Conduct training sessions and user onboarding for effective utilization of Oracle SCM functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve critical functional issues, including during non-business hours when required. Maintain up-to-date documentation of support activities and solutions for effective handover and continuity. Sign and adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and comply with internal governance and operational policies.

 

Candidate requirements:

 

8 to 11 years of proven experience supporting Oracle EBS SCM modules, specifically Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset. Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
