Oracle EBS Developer

We are seeking an Oracle EBS Developer to join our team at MMC. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Oracle EBS Developer at MMC, you will work on software development and support for the company's business solutions within a defined Software Development Lifecycle and support and assist other developers in developing codes, tests and debugs of software programs and enhancements to meet project plan goals.

We will count on you to:

Translate Business Requirements into application code and document the application specifications.Perform code reviews and align the solutions to architectural specifications.Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.Support deployments or troubleshooting production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.Strong experience in program design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation under general supervision.Applies thorough technical knowledge and understanding of business applications required to facilitate the development of supporting knowledge architecture and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements.Provides support in configuration, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle.Prepare Oracle Functional, Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for the related areas.

What you need to have:

At least 5 years of experience in IT as a software developerKnowledge of Oracle Application Financial Modules - Payables, Receivables, General Ledger and iExpenses & iProcurement. Specifically, Latam localizations.Excellent knowledge in PL/SQL and Unix Shell ScriptExperience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Workflow, WebADI.Oracle Application Framework developments, Business Events and BurstingOracle Database and Performance TuningShould have good experience of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.Good communications & presentation skills in English to senior stakeholders

Expertise in other programming languages e.g. Java, Python (preferred)Experience in Oracle 12.2 Upgrade (Not essential)
