Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle CPQ product catalog and pricing structures Work with business stakeholders to gather product configuration requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs Develop, configure, and test CPQ rules, workflows, UI changes, document templates, and integrations as needed Design and implement best-practice catalog hierarchies and guided selling flows Collaborate with internal ERP, sales ops, and product teams to ensure seamless data alignment and process integration Provide training, documentation, and post-deployment support to ensure adoption and stability

Required Skills & Experience:

2-3+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ implementation with a focus on catalog setup and product configuration Strong techno-functional skill set - comfortable writing and reviewing BML, XSL, and working with APIs and integrations Proven experience designing and implementing guided selling flows and complex product rules Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion or EBS) and how CPQ integrates with order management and pricing Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
