Job description

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant with multiple upgrade and implementation experience, covering all modules of Oracle HCM. This position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders, own end to end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configure the system, as well as coordinate system integration testing, user training and acceptance testing.

 
Required Qualifications:

At least 7 years of Information Technology experienceBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas TX or be willing to relocate to the area.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Experience with Oracle fusion cloud HCMExtensive experience in at least 4 modules among Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and AbsenceKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycleMust have experience providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basisNeed to be able to give recommendations of roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plansMust identifying functionality gaps and develop solutions for themDeveloping an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendationsAdvising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systemsLead and conduct CRP, SIT and UATDeveloping end-user documentation and training materialsDelivering end-user trainingEffectively communicating and driving project deliverables
Preferred Qualifications:Oracle hands-on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions/link between tables)Working experience on Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting and AbsenceExperience working on SQL queriesRequired to have production support experience in Fusion cloud projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsTo be able to work in global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
