Summary: Join a team of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM experts supporting the implementation and post go-live optimization of the Benefits module. This role is hands-on throughout the build and support phases, ensuring smooth configuration, rollout, and ongoing enhancements. Key Responsibilities: * Configure and support Oracle Cloud Benefits module (plans, dependents, limits, etc.) * Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues and improve processes * Participate in testing and troubleshooting during implementation and beyond * Roll out new functionality and maintain system configuration * Provide user support and identify process improvements
