Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly qualified Oracle Cloud Financials Lead with deep subject matter expertise in Cash Management to join a global consulting firm. This role is critical to the success of a full-cycle implementation from a legacy system to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a strong client presence, capable of driving workshops, creating compelling documentation and presentations, supporting testing efforts, and managing stakeholder relationships with excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Cash Management module implementation within Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. - Facilitate client workshops and product demonstrations, ensuring alignment with business needs. - Create high-quality decks and documentation for internal and client-facing use, including requirement-based materials. - Support and guide client testing cycles, including UAT and issue resolution. - Collaborate with Finance and Change Management leads to contribute to solutioning discussions. - Configure application modules, conduct sprint sessions, validate functionality, and develop proof of concepts (POCs). - Prioritize and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. - Support training content development and knowledge transfer activities. Skills and Requirements - 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, with a strong focus on Cash Management. - Proven ability to lead workshops, create presentations, and manage client relationships effectively. - Experience with other modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, FAH) is a plus.
