Job Description Our client is seeking two Oracle Cloud EPM consultants to join a multi-year transformation initiative focused on expanding and maturing the Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) platform. One role will focus on strategic architecture and cross-system integration, while the other will be a hands-on technical contributor with deep implementation experience and a consultative mindset. General responsibilities will include: • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions • Contribute to release planning and roadmap execution (current phase: Release 2 – driver-based forecasting) • Provide guidance and QA support for vendor-built artifacts (forms, rules, integrations) • Participate in technical and functional design discussions • Respond to and support business user needs with technical expertise and clarity One person will own overall understanding of the EPM ecosystem including EDMCS, EPRCS, GL integration, and metadata/data flow. • They will need to think holistically about architecture, scalability, and system interaction. • Able to guide planning efforts from foundation to advanced modeling (drivers, custom dimensions, etc.) • Collaborates cross-functionally to align business processes with technical systems Both consultants will need extensive hands-on experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementations. • Designs and builds business rules, data forms, and integrations • Strong ability to challenge vendor decisions and suggest better technical design patterns • Takes initiative, offers proactive recommendations, and supports the team with confidence We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM experience with at least one full-cycle implementation • Proven experience with Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) • Experience designing and implementing business rules and calculation logic • Strong knowledge of financial planning and forecasting processes • Familiarity with Oracle EPM modules: EDMCS, EPRCS, FCCS, HFM, etc. • Experience with metadata management and actuals integration from GL • Understanding of system architecture and data flows between modules • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Confidence to proactively challenge design decisions and add value • Experience in Telecom or similar enterprise environment • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Oracle implementation best practices • Knowledge of audit and compliance within Oracle EPM (e.g., SOX, audit logs) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
