Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio. **Your role and responsibilities** What You'll Do: Drive delivery of Oracle CX Cloud applications during project implementations Define and design required product extensions, integrations and reporting Be able to advise multiple projects on overall solution architecture Manage project escalations and report to project leadership Lead and execute implementations where Oracle CX Cloud projects are part of a cross-functional/multi-pillar solution, or they make up the entire solution Drive conformance to AST project methodology, documentation archival and re-use of project standard documents Be able to manage and coordinate engagements on a T&M or Fixed Fee basis Assist in RFP response where Oracle CX Cloud applications are involved Assist in the development of content for SOW creation and be able to plan staffing and budget needs accordingly Assist in the development and presentation of CX Cloud applications product demonstrations Create and lead training sessions for junior internal staff members regarding Oracle CX applications Assist in recruiting efforts This Job can be Performed from anywhere in the US. **Required technical and professional expertise** What You’ll Bring: Minimum 10-12 years of experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud (minimum 4 full lifecycle implementations) Have at least 5 project implementations that utilize CX/CRM and SCM functionality Have a very strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of delivery methodology and leading delivery teams Experience in project estimation and team structure definition Possess a proven track record of leadership roles and solution architecture definition Experience in global design and project implementations in multi-language and multi-currency environments IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
