Role Overview

Lead the design of scalable, secure Oracle CC&B solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. Create system architecture diagrams, specifications, and models for development teams. Oversee deployment of Oracle applications, databases, and middleware. Install, configure, and fine-tune the Oracle CC&B stack in collaboration with infrastructure and cloud teams. Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks to improve system performance. Provide technical governance and best practices for Oracle technology usage. Deliver expert-level diagnostics and performance tuning. Support high-availability and disaster recovery planning. Work with cross-functional teams across North America. Mentor team members and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

University degree or Technical Diploma in IT, Engineering, or related field 8+ years in Oracle CC&B as a Technical Solution Architect or Senior Consultant Strong understanding of utility industry processes and CC&B functionalities Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning Experience with integration methodologies and third-party platforms Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Nice to Have Oracle Utilities certifications Experience in digital transformation projects within utilities or public sector
