Oracle Business Systems Analyst

We can't wait to see your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Serve as an Oracle SME for supporting business processes and developing positive relationships with the business process owners + Review, analyze & evaluate current business systems and user needs to develop, improve, implement and maintain fully functional, coordinated and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems, following IT standards. + Have a demonstrable understanding of how each of the various business unit's function + Facilitate discussions with end users to translate business requirements into functional specifications + Function as a liaison between business and technical units and work with the technical staff to design solutions that meet business requirements + Responsible for project planning including but not limited to crafting and implementing project plans, developing test cases, providing test support, tracking, communication, documentation and collaborating with the organization while complying to all applicable standards to ensure successful project execution. + Develop improvements to support business process changes and improvements + Lead all aspects of global testing to ensure no harm to the business due to other business units entering or changing functionality in shared environments. + Develop training material and provide one-on-one and group training as vital **Who You Are:** You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field preferred or equivalent job related experiences. + Relevant years of experience commensurate with the level of the position. + Solid business understanding of purchasing, order management, manufacturing and inventory control processes + Proven Project Management skills. + Must understand the needs of not just users but the organization as a whole and be able to deliver the best overall solutions. + In depth knowledge of ORACLE EBS system modules, including any or all the following - Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Purchasing, Manufacturing, ASCP. Experience with Oracle DB, SQL Queries. + Sound understanding of development & programming practices. + Solid understanding of general business processes in a manufacturing environment. + Familiar with key business concepts, practices, and procedures in the manufacturing industry. + Knowledge of good business practices for change control and documentation. + Good interpersonal skills as direct dealing with end users will be part of daily tasks. + Able to deal with multiple projects (short & long term with specified deadlines) in addition to unexpected day-to-day issues. + Able to work independently, self-motivated and organized + The ability to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally. + Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + SQL or similar programming experience preferred + 8+ years or relevant experience preferred + Relevant years of experience supporting discrete manufacturing processes is preferred. + Toad for Oracle a plus. + Masters Degree a plus + PMP Preferred **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $98,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
