In fact, people from all over the nation and the world come to Barnes-Jewish for our surgical specialties. **Preferred Qualifications** **Role Purpose** Performs clerical, secretarial and customer service functions within assigned patient care area. **Responsibilities** + Coordinates all human resources functions for unit. Ensure nursing staff has all the proper paperwork required. + Works with management to ensure appropriate staffing levels on all areas. Staffs any pod, providing breaks and lunches when necessary. + Coordinates all surgical scheduling activities.
