Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00am to 06:00pm)Greet and check in patients professionally Schedule, confirm, and manage appointmentsVerify insurance and process paymentsMaintain accurate patient recordsAnswer phones and respond to inquiriesSupport optometrist and staff with daily operationsKeep the front desk area clean and organizedOther admin duties as trainedOptometry Office Floater Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of professional receptionist experience, including appointment scheduling and front desk responsibilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to learn and grow Applicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
