New Providers to BSW receive a two-year minimum salary guarantee based on level of experience. There are opportunities to transition to the regular compensation plan sooner than two years. The BSW regular compensation plan utilizes an RVU based system based on a blend of national surveys. For reference, the current blended median (50th percentile) benchmark for RVUs is 6,024 with a corresponding compensation of $172K (50th percentile). Our Faculty Optometrists produce RVUs in the 85th to 95th percentiles and are compensated accordingly.
