Job Description

As a Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) Optimization Senior Consultant II, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we enhance and transform the customer experience. You’ll guide the delivery and lifecycle of impactful initiatives that strengthen our enterprise priorities, elevate the customer experience, and unlock value. By connecting big-picture strategies to actionable outcomes, you’ll help turn vision into measurable results that fuel innovation and lasting change.

Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable results: Shape meaningful KPIs, craft project roadmaps, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget; making real progress visible across the organization.

Bring stories to life: Translate data and progress into compelling narratives, delivering clear and timely updates through platforms like VersionOne that keep leaders informed and inspired.

Influence strategy: Partner with leadership to align on critical decisions, champion initiatives from the strategic plan, and ensure every step reflects a customer-first mindset.

Be a change accelerator: Spot inefficiencies, identify digitization opportunities, and recommend solutions that fuel innovation and break down barriers to progress.

Lead transformation streams: Own and advance workstreams by executing high-impact projects that directly contribute to enterprise success.

Shape the future of customer experience: Play a pivotal role in designing and executing holistic strategies, collaborating with business and technology partners to bring initiatives to life and drive sustainable results.

Compensation

Additional Job DescriptionBase compensation offered for this role is $78,000-$119,000/ annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role
