We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Operations Program Manager (OPM) to support multiple contracts on the Signal Analysis System (SAS) program, with roughly $35M in orders per year. + This position oversees and manages the Operations scope, quality, cost and schedule - and serves as liaison between project management, factory production and support (supply chain, quality, technical operations, etc.) and Operations line management. + Main Operations focal point for a major Production and Sustainment program. + Ensures program forecasts are updated accordingly and that all factories are aware of their future demand and staffing needs. + Needs to identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to program execution. + Interface and coordinate production priorities within the Product Line. Reporting to the Tactical Systems Operations Product Line Director, this role will also serve as the lead OPM for the Maritime Sensors & Systems (MSS) Product Area in Hudson NH. As the lead, this candidate position will be responsible for staffing and monitoring performance of two OPMs in Hudson NH/SEAS factory. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
