Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced analyst to join the team as a Business analysis/Process Engineer lead to collaborate with Securities Operations teams, Technology, and Transformation teams in delivering in -depth business and functional analysis and build specifications for target state design.
The role requires a candidate who is comfortable with fluid change, understanding complex product sets and operational practices, developing networks, and performing structured analysis to deliver critical requirements. There will be a high level of stakeholder exposure across Operations, Finance, Technology, and the business, in addition to building relationships with various sub team leads. Up to date industry knowledge on business analysis best practices and fixed income product knowledge is highly sought.
Responsibilities:
Understanding systems migration and how it relates to operations teamsDesigning, mapping current state and building new operational, risk and control processes as requiredDevelop strong partnerships across operational functional areas, with project and technology leads and their teams to support the decommission and subsequent migrationProvide input into functionality changes and automation opportunitiesPerform impact assessments, produce business requirements, UAT scenarios, procedures, training etc.Coordination of requirements by ensuring appropriate documentation and sign offPro-actively manage changes impacting scope and identifying and implementing contingency plans as necessaryProduce management reporting on status and progress and provide support to the project manager as a deputyUnderstanding and evaluate the current state of the GMO reconciliation & tooling capability.Managerial Responsibilities:
