Ops Pay for Performance Specialist

As a P4P Specialist, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of Pay-for-Performance programs across channel operations. You will apply advanced financial and analytical skills to ensure incentive schemes are aligned with strategic goals, cost-effective, and performance driven. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting data-informed decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage incentive schemes for channel partners and frontliners.Execute monthly and quarterly P4P calculations using performance data and financial models.Monitor budget adherence and provide cost optimization recommendations.Collaborate with Finance, Retail, and Commercial teams to align targets and execution.Support training and onboarding of third-party partners involved in P4P execution

 

Key Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.3+ years of experience in financial analysis, incentive management, or channel operations.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Power BI or Tableau is a plus.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and incentive platforms.Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
