Leads Manufacturing, Process Engineering, to ensure operational efficiency and economy + Ensures the operation has adequate inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics + Develops a budget plan and investment plan for FY and manages operation within budget constraint + Maintains familiarity with competitive environment within geographical area of responsibility + Represents the operation at Division levels + Provides leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development. Drives a culture of accountability and results through strategy deployment and effective performance management + To profitably grow the business and achieve Division and Corporate goals monthly, quarterly and annually. Works with current and potential customers to promote and leverage company technologies, systems, products and services + Establishes and maintains premier customer service + Accountable for driving Lean Initiatives throughout the operation to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented + Responsible for aspects of shared services for location as off HR, IT, Supply Chain, EHS and Controller + Responsible for the PTD Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs, People within the location + Bachelor or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar with Ideal candidate has 8 or more years of experience in Operations Management, with at least 4 or more years of experience in a leadership role + Previous work experience ideally includes experience in business and operational processes + 4 year university degree (or international equivalent) required; Ideal candidate has studied Business or Engineering + Ideal candidate is working towards or has completed a Master’s degree (or international equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or related areas of study preferred + Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper opportunities + Must have functional understanding of cost accounting and adopt to practical application + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts + Must be an innovator and embrace lean enterprises principles and practices + Fluent in English, Czech language is strong advantage + Ability to work in multicultural environment + Driving licence “B”
