Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) carry a close relationship with patients’ as they clothe, bathe, feed, and observe vital signs within our long-term care facility. To become a CNA, you must attend a program and receive instruction in this field. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + Must be able to attend class Monday – Friday between 6:45 am – 4:00 pm during the training program. + Must be willing to work “specified shifts” once training is completed. + Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as scheduled once training is complete. + Must be able to communicate effectively in English (reading, speaking, and writing) + Must be at least 18 years old. + Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Possess a high school diploma or GED. This position is in the Other Personnel Services (OPS) system.
