Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Description A large organization is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for a medical office in New Haven County. The role primarily involves triage and providing comprehensive patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment. Responsibilities + Provide patient care with a focus on triage. + Utilize EPIC for patient records and management. + Collaborate with ophthalmologists to address a range of eye-related medical issues from minor to complex. + Participate in both medical and surgical care for conditions such as retinal disease, strabismus, and uveitis. + Engage in reconstructive and aesthetic ophthalmic plastic surgery and pediatric ophthalmology. Essential Skills + Active RN license. + Experience in triage and patient care. + Proficiency with EPIC systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). + Experience in ophthalmology. + 1+ years of RN experience in a medical office setting. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
