Ophthalmic Tech - BMC Eye Clinic - PRN

​Under the direction of the Optometrist/Ophthalmologist and the Clinic Nurse Manager, performs selected patient care tasks for patients of all ages, gender, cultures, and backgrounds in the clinic setting. In addition, laboratory and office duties are performed as needed.

Qualifications 

High School DiplomaAssociate's degree from a recognized program of optometric technology within 6 months of hire, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBasic knowledge of Ocular anatomyAbility to successfully pass Basic Life Support Certification (Health Care Provider), prior to providing care independently
