Qualifications:
Preferably bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineer, Business Administration or related fields Occupational H&S certification is a plus Excellent communication & organizational skills Minimum Upper Intermediate in English both verbal and writing is a must Strong interest in career opportunities in Operations Excellence High customer focus and teamwork spirit

Being a Superuser of the Logistics & ETQ document management system regarding account creation, backup management, and owner assignment Developing a BCM strategy leveraging existing efforts and best practices, action follow up in Logistics system Participating in global and regional meetings related to BCM & H&S & Security & LLP Standards (Basics), understanding requirements, and following up the actions Being part of the Incident Team, organizing and following up the incidents and their reporting Being responsible for H&S actions, Power BI dashboard, and related meetings, being in touch with H&S Expert, Technical, and Administrative affairs team Working in coordination with the LLP Europe OE team to ensure the standard procedures are followed Supporting for the quality - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 Audit preparation, documentation, Quality Self Assessment and system-related processes To follow up on the GoGreen training completion rate, update the Logistics system, and report monthly Being responsible for the content of the Office TVs and LLP Tour / Touch Screen Serving as a member of the LLP Europe OE Team Supporting Continuous Improvement / FC tools such as GEMBA, 5S, Problem Solving
