**Position Brand Description:**
Join our dynamic warehouse team supporting Lilly’s U.S. and global manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and packaging components while maintaining a safe work environment and exhibiting a quality mindset. Your work ensures timely availability of materials for production and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. This position reports to a team leader.
**Key Objectives/Deliverables/Responsibilities:**
+ **Material Handling & Inventory Management**
+ Receive and store manufacturing components from external vendors.
+ Pick, prepare, and ship orders to internal and external Lilly customers.
+ Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts using warehouse systems.
+ Maintain accurate inventory levels to support weekly production schedules.
+ **Shipping & Receiving Operations**
+ Load and unload materials at docks.
+ Store materials in designated areas and process orders efficiently.
+ **Safety & Compliance**
+ Follow all safety protocols and proactively identify potential hazards.
+ Support safety investigations and implement corrective actions.
+ Comply with GMP, FDA, EMEA, DEA, OSHA, IDEM, and EPA regulations.
+ **Performance & Quality**
+ Meet performance improvement goals set by leadership.
+ Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain a 100% current learning plan and adhere to all SOPs.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience in warehouse/logistics within a GMP-regulated environment.
**Additional Preferences:**
+ Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance.
+ Certified to operate all types of powered industrial trucks.
+ Ability to lift and move containers up to 40 pounds.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.
+ Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems and material handling processes.
+ Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.
**Other Information:**
+ This role may involve handling hazardous materials.
+ Flexibility in shift scheduling and overtime is required.
+ Direct interaction with regulatory agencies may occur during inspections.
+ This role follows a 12-hour rotating 3-2-2-3 shift schedule—three consecutive workdays, followed by two days off, then two workdays, and three days off.
+ Shift assignment (day or night) will be determined based on business needs.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$17.30 - $34.38
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
