Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an Operator/ Production Helper to join their team. As an Operator/ Production Helper, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Operator/ Production Helper 1st Shift
**Location:** Carmel, IN
**Pay Range: $21.50**
**Shift:** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist in the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell
+ Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related assemblies
+ Follow standardized procedures and work instructions accurately
+ Maintain accurate documentation for all production activities and quality control
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and handle small components and parts.
+ Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to work in a **CLEAN ROOM Environment**
+ Wear clean, non-shedding clothing
+ Clothing must fit under a lab coat; turtlenecks and exposed sleeves are not permitted
+ Head coverings (including religious wraps) must be clean, tightly woven, and fully covered by a cap
+ Closed-toe, closed-heel leather shoes
+ Full coverage of arms, legs, and torso is mandatory
+ Make-up, nail polish, artificial nails, and jewelry/piercings that compromise glove integrity are prohibited
+ Only unscented deodorant and stick lip balm are allowed.
