**Description** + Lead production employees to perform in a proficient manner, providing motivation through personal example and interpersonal skills. + Ensure employees are following all safety operating procedures + Help train and develop a high-performing team + Check all out going garments + Ensure team is on pace and schedule + Inspect garments that were sorted, ensure sorting is being done correctly. Correct issues that are found + Check lines daily to ensure all garments are out shipped on time to customer. + Check HAACP daily, ensure all HAACP procedures and being followed. + Responsible for putting teams counts in hourly and daily. + Safely lift up to 50 lbs when necessary + Remain standing/walking for extended amounts of time daily + Work overtime when needed --Education: High school degree or equivalent preferred.
