Schedule:
Thursday & Friday, (11Pm- 7AM), Saturday & Sunday (7PM – 7AM) OT as needed
What you will do:
As our Operator III, needle punch, you will need to be able to operate a machine with the needle punch department with Stryker. You will need to be able to have the ability to climb and work at elevated height as this role will climb in and out of the machines. You will need to be able to assist the technicians using hand tools as needed.
Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs
Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes
Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents
Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed
Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed
Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors.
Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker
What you need:
Required:
High School or GED required
2+ years of related manufacturing experience required
Ability climb up 10 feet off the ground.
Preferred:
Ability to exert up to 50-75 occasionally
