What will you do? + Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all production equipment to prevent and adjust mechanical breakdowns. + Set up and tear down Work Centers efficiently and in an organized manner. + Maintain a clean and safe workplace. + Perform filling, labeling, and packaging of products, working independently or with other technicians. + Align with GMP, ISO 13485 guidelines and company SOPs. + Follow accurate GDP practices. + Take apart machines and equipment as needed. + Efficiently and safely operate machinery, perform simple maintenance, and make necessary adjustments. **Experience** + Minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing. + High school diploma or equivalent experience. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:** + Proven ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions, meeting project timelines consistently and independently. + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, plan, and forecast multiple projects simultaneously. + Great teammate who can positively impact others to accomplish goals. + Self-motivated with a bias for action. + Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. + Demonstrate the Thermo Fisher values – Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement. **About Thermo Fisher Scientific** Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
