Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

**Location/Division Specific Information**
Middletown, VA
**How will you make an impact:**
The Middletown site manufactures in vitro diagnostic reagents, controls, and calibrators, which are used in conjunction with clinical diagnostic instrumentation.
What will you do?
+ Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all production equipment to prevent and adjust mechanical breakdowns.
+ Set up and tear down Work Centers efficiently and in an organized manner.
+ Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
+ Perform filling, labeling, and packaging of products, working independently or with other technicians.
+ Align with GMP, ISO 13485 guidelines and company SOPs.
+ Follow accurate GDP practices.
+ Take apart machines and equipment as needed.
+ Efficiently and safely operate machinery, perform simple maintenance, and make necessary adjustments.
**Experience**
+ Minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing.
+ High school diploma or equivalent experience.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:**
+ Proven ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions, meeting project timelines consistently and independently.
+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, plan, and forecast multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Great teammate who can positively impact others to accomplish goals.
+ Self-motivated with a bias for action.
+ Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
