How Will You Make an Impact?:
Model safe behaviors, perform pre‑task risk assessments, and keep a clean, organized workstation that supports flow and reduces errors. Learn your workflows, follow standard work, and consistently meet or exceed daily output with dependable attendance and shift coverage. Perform meticulous first‑piece inspections, use SPC/visual controls, and stop-at-defect to prevent rework and scrap. Partner with quality to drive root-cause fixes.
A Day in the Life:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Manufacturing process knowledge
Understanding of SOPs/standard work, work instructions, and visual controlsTechnical skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings/prints and BOMsEquipment operation and setup; changeovers and basic parameter adjustmentsBasic computer skillsQuality and problem-solving
