Your work will contribute to the innovative solutions that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer! **Job Responsibilities** + Perform formulation, filling, and packaging independently for reagents and liquid media according to DMR, ensuring timely and accurate completion of batch records. + Swiftly detect, report, and attempt to resolve any online issues with formulation, filling, or packaging lines. + Conduct in-process testing related to manufacturing, including pH, conductivity, and osmotic testing. + Accurately calculate raw material volumes required for each batch based on DMR specifications. + Maintain 6S standards in the production area, including line clearance and opening activities per working instructions. + Conduct daily maintenance and inspections of production lines per working instruction requirements. + Perform both daily and preventive maintenance on formulation, filling, and packaging equipment. + Work with level sensors to understand upper and lower limits as well as capacity. + Undertake other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + College degree or higher in chemical, biological engineering, or equivalent. + At least 3 years of operational experience in IVD manufacturing or a relevant industry (Food, Cosmetics). + Open to all candidates with a good working attitude, integrity, patience, and attention to detail. + Willingness to work overtime if required. + Preferred experience in chemical or biological reagent handling.
