How Will You Make an Impact?:Work with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling product.

A Day in the Life:Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industryRead manufacturing drawings and follow standard proceduresManufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprintRecord and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirementsResponsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriateParticipate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/ or Kaizen eventsEducation/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredRequired: No previous work experience requiredPreferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related fieldPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Follow all safety protocolsDrive quality in all activitiesStand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, graspingUse hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pullingPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as the need arises for production schedule adherenceThe Clean-room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.Specific gowning is required including: gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like.Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygieneInfrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM3rd Shift: Sun-Fri 10:00PM - 6:30AMWeekend AM: Fri-Sun 6:00AM - 6:30PMWeekend PM: Fri-Sun 6:00PM - 6:30AM 

Compensation:

Operator I: $16.50/hour2nd & 3rd Shift Differential 10%Weekend Shifts Differential 15%
